Hizb 11
Juz 6
Lo! the hypocrites seek to beguile Allah, but it is He Who beguileth them. When they stand up to worship they perform it languidly and to be seen of men, and are mindful of Allah but little; (142) Wavering between that (and this), (belonging) neither to these nor to those; and whomsoever Allah causes to err, you shall not find a way for him. (143) O you who believe! do not take the unbelievers for friends rather than the believers; do you desire that you should give to Allah a manifest proof against yourselves? (144) The hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of Hell, and you will find none to help them. (145) Except for those who repent, mend (their lives) hold fast to Allah, and purify their religion as in Allah's sight: if so they will be (numbered) with the believers. And soon will Allah grant to the believers a reward of immense value. (146) Why should Allah deal chastisement to you if you are grateful to Him and believe? Allah is All-Appreciative, All-Knowing. (147) ۞ Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allah Hearing and Knowing. (148) Whether you do some good openly or in secret, or forgive an ill done to you, (know) that God is forgiving and all-powerful. (149) Lo! those who disbelieve in Allah and His messengers, and seek to make distinction between Allah and His messengers, and say: We believe in some and disbelieve in others, and seek to choose a way in between; (150) These are the real disbelievers; and for the disbelievers We have kept prepared a disgraceful punishment. (151) And those who believe in Allah, and His Messengers and do not divide between any of them; to those, We shall surely give them their wages. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. (152)
