Hizb 11
Juz 6
Behold, the hypocrites seek to deceive Allah, but it is they who are being deluded by Him. When they rise to Prayer, they rise reluctantly, and only to be seen by men. They remember Allah but little. (142) Fluctuating in the middle; neither here (in faith) nor there (in disbelief); and for one whom Allah sends astray, you will not find a way. (143) O you who believe! Take not for Auliya' (protectors or helpers or friends) disbelievers instead of believers. Do you wish to offer Allah a manifest proof against yourselves? (144) The hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of Hell, and you will find none to help them. (145) But those who repent and mend their ways, who hold fast to God and are sincere in their worship of God will be joined with the believers; and God will bestow a great reward upon the believers. (146) What can Allah gain by your punishment, if ye are grateful and ye believe? Nay, it is Allah that recogniseth (all good), and knoweth all things. (147) ۞ Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allah Hearing and Knowing. (148) Whether you do some good openly or in secret, or forgive an ill done to you, (know) that God is forgiving and all-powerful. (149) Verily, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make distinction between Allah and His Messengers (by believing in Allah and disbelieving in His Messengers) saying, "We believe in some but reject others," and wish to adopt a way in between. (150) These it is that are truly unbelievers, and We have prepared for the unbelievers a disgraceful chastisement. (151) And those who believe in Allah, and His Messengers and do not divide between any of them; to those, We shall surely give them their wages. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. (152)
