The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the chargers panting, (1) striking sparks of fire with their hooves, (2) And by oath of those who raid at dawn. (3) raising a trail of dust, (4) thereby storming [blindly] into any host! (5) Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, (6) To this he himself shall bear witness. (7) And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, (8) ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? (9) and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared (10) Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. (11)
Almighty God's Truth.
