Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Divorce (Al-Talaaq) before Exodus (Al-Hashr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
The unbelievers of the People of the Book and the idolaters would never leave off; till the Clear Sign came to them, 1 An apostle from Allah, reciting pure pages, 2 therein true Books. 3 Nor did the People of the Book disagreed among themselves until after receiving the ancient divine testaments. 4 And they are ordered naught else than to serve Allah, keeping religion pure for Him, as men by nature upright, and to establish worship and to pay the poor-due. That is true religion. 5 Indeed all disbelievers, the People of the Book(s) and the polytheists, are in the fire of hell they will remain in it for ever; it is they who are the worst among the creation. 6 [And,] verily, those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds - it is they, they who are the best of all creatures. 7 Their reward with Allah will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they with Him. That is for whoever has feared his Lord. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
