Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- (1) And removed from thee thy burden (2) that had weighed so heavily on thy back? (3) And did We not exalt your fame? (4) So, surely with every hardship there is ease; (5) With difficulty is surely ease. (6) When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) (7) And incline towards your Lord. (8)
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
