92 The Night
Al-Layl
Juz 30
The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the night when it enshrouds, (1) And the day when it shines in brightness, (2) and by that (Power) which created the male and female, (3) Verily, [O men,] you aim at most divergent ends! (4) For him that gives and fears (Allah) (5) And affirms goodness, (6) So We will very soon provide him ease. (7) but for him that is a miser, and sufficed, (8) and cries lies to the reward most fair, (9) Surely We will ease his way unto adversity. (10) And his wealth will not avail him when he perishes. (11) Surely, in Our hands is guidance, (12) And lo! unto Us belong the latter portion and the former. (13) Wherefore I have warned you of Fire flaming, (14) None will [enter to] burn therein except the most wretched one. (15) who have rejected the (Truth) and have turned away from it. (16) He will be far away from the most pious. (The first Caliph S. Abu Bakr Siddiq) (17) even he who gives his wealth. to purify himself (18) not as payment for any favours that he received, (19) Other than seeking the glory of his Lord, most high, (20) He surely will be pleased (when he will enter Paradise). (21)
Almighty God's Truth.
