The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
