Hizb 60
Juz 30
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, (1) Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; (2) Who determined and guided them, (3) Who bringeth forth the pasturage, (4) And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. (5) We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), (6) save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. (7) We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. (8) So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. (9) He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, (10) but the most wretched shall flout it, (11) Who will burn in the terrible Fire, (12) wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. (13) He who purified himself shall prosper, (14) who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. (15) But you prefer the worldly life, (16) Though the life to come is better and abiding. (17) This is surely in the earlier Books, (18) The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. (19)
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
