The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 He who fears will mind, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
