Hizb 60
Juz 30
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, (1) who created and shaped, (2) who has ordained and guided, (3) who brought forth the pasturage (4) And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. (5) We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, (6) Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. (7) We shall take you slowly towards ease. (8) Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, (9) He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, (10) But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, (11) he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire (12) Then therein he shall neither live nor die. (13) Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, (14) and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. (15) But no, you prefer the life of the world, (16) Though the life to come is better and abiding. (17) Verily this is in Writs ancient (18) The Books of Abraham and Moses. (19)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
