Hizb 60
Juz 30
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, (1) The One Who created, and then made proper. (2) and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] (3) Who brings out the pastures (4) Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. (5) We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, (6) save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] (7) We shall ease thee unto the Easing. (8) Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. (9) He will heed who feareth, (10) And the wretched shunneth it. (11) Who will burn in the terrible Fire, (12) Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. (13) He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, (14) and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. (15) But you prefer the present life, (16) although the life to come is better and more enduring. (17) This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, (18) the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. (19)
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
