Hizb 60
Juz 30
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, (1) Who has created (all things) proportionately, (2) and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] (3) And who brings out the pasture (4) Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. (5) [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- (6) Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; (7) And We will ease you toward ease. (8) REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: (9) The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): (10) But the most hapless will flout it, (11) Who will burn in the terrible Fire, (12) In which they will then neither die nor live. (13) He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, (14) and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. (15) But you prefer the life of this world, (16) Though the life to come is better and abiding. (17) Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, (18) In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. (19)
God the Almighty always says the truth.
