The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, (1) The One Who created, and then made proper. (2) who has ordained and guided, (3) Who bringeth forth the pasturage, (4) Then made it dry and dark. (5) [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- (6) Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; (7) and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. (8) Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. (9) He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, (10) but the wretched will turn away from it. (11) [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, (12) In which they will then neither die nor live. (13) He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, (14) And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. (15) Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; (16) While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. (17) Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations (18) In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. (19)
Almighty God's Truth.
