The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sun is folded up, (1) And when the stars fall, dispersing, (2) And when the hills are moved, (3) And when milch camels roam abandoned. (4) and when all beasts are gathered together, (5) When the oceans surge and swell, (6) when the souls shall be coupled, (7) And when the female (infant) buried alive (as the pagan Arabs used to do) shall be questioned. (8) For what sin she was killed? (9) the records of deeds are made public, (10) The curtain drawn back from the skies, (11) When Hell is set ablaze, (12) And when the garden is brought nigh, (13) then shall a soul know what it has produced. (14) I do not need to swear by the orbiting (15) stars which are visible during the night (16) And by oath of the night when it turns back. (17) And by the morning when it shineth forth, (18) [That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger (19) with strength endowed, secure with Him who in almightiness is enthroned (20) The one who is obeyed, and trustworthy. (Other angels obey angel Jibreel). (21) And (O people) your companion (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) is not a madman; (22) And without doubt he saw him in the clear horizon. (23) He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. (24) And it (the Quran) is not the word of the outcast Shaitan (Satan). (25) So where are you going? (26) It is not except a reminder to the worlds (27) for whosoever of you would go straight, (28) And you do not please except that Allah please, the Lord of the worlds. (29)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
