81 The Rolling
Al-Takweer
Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
WHEN THE SUN is shrouded in darkness, (1) And when the stars fall down. (2) when the mountains shall be set in motion, (3) when the pregnant camels are neglected, (4) when the savage beasts shall be mustered, (5) When the oceans boil over with a swell; (6) When the souls are sorted out, (being joined, like with like); (7) And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. (8) For what sin she was slain, (9) when the records of men's deeds are laid open, (10) And when the heaven shall be stripped, (11) When the Blazing Fire is kindled to fierce heat; (12) And when the garden is brought nigh, (13) [on that Day] every human being will come to know what he has prepared [for himself]. (14) I swear by the receding stars, (15) That run their course (and) hide themselves, (16) And the close of night, (17) and the morn as it softly breathes: (18) that the Quran is the word of the honorable angelic, mighty Messenger (19) The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. (20) Obeyed and worthy there of trust. (21) And your companion is not [at all] mad. (22) He had surely seen Him on the clear horizon. (23) And Muhammad is not a withholder of [knowledge of] the unseen. (24) The Quran is not the word of condemned satan. (25) So where are you going? (26) Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). (27) For him among you who pleases to go straight. (28) And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds. (29)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
