Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun is folded up, (1) when the stars shall scatter away, (2) and the mountains have been taken, (3) And when the camels are left untended, (4) And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together; (5) And when the seas are set on fire, (6) And when souls are united, (7) and when the girl-child buried alive shall be asked: (8) For what sin she was killed (9) and when the scrolls [of men's deeds] are unfolded, (10) When the world on High is unveiled; (11) And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. (12) And when Paradise shall be brought near, (13) then shall a soul know what it has produced. (14) I swear by the receding stars. (15) the runners, the sinkers, (16) by the night swarming, (17) The rising dawn, (18) Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger, (19) Full of power, well-established (in position) with the Lord and Master of the Throne, (20) obeyed, moreover trusty. (21) Your companion (Muhammad) does not suffer from any mental illness (22) And indeed he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east). (23) And he is not avid of the Unseen. (24) And it is not the word of an accursed Satan; (25) Where then will you go? (26) This is nothing but a Reminder to the worlds, (27) (With profit) to whoever among you wills to go straight: (28) And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. (29)
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
