81 The Rolling
Al-Takweer
Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the sun is folded up, (1) And when the stars fall down. (2) and when the mountains are moved, (3) And when the she-camels big with young shall be abandoned, (4) And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together, (5) When the oceans boil over with a swell; (6) And when souls are reunited, (7) when the buried female infant is asked (8) For what sin she was slain, (9) when the scrolls shall be unrolled, (10) The curtain drawn back from the skies, (11) When Hell is set ablaze, (12) And when Paradise is brought near, (13) Every soul shall (then) know what it has prepared. (14) I do not need to swear by the orbiting (15) The stars which rise and set, (16) and the night as it darkly falls, (17) And by the dawn as it brightens; (18) behold, this [divine writ] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, (19) Owner of strength, of established dignity with the Lord of the Throne. (20) obeyed, and honest. (21) Your companion is not one possessed: (22) Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. (23) he is not niggardly of the Unseen. (24) Nor is it the word of the cursed Shaitan, (25) Where then will you go? (26) Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds: (27) For whoever wills among you to take a right course. (28) but you shall not, unless Allah wills, the Lord of all the Worlds. (29)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
