Hizb 7
Juz 4
O Ye shall not attain unto virtue until ye expend of that which ye love; and whatsoever ye expend, verily Allah Is thereof Knower. (92) ۞ All food was lawful for the Children of Israel, except whatever Israel had made unlawful for himself before the Torah was sent down. Say to them, "Bring the Torah then and read it, if you are truthful. (93) And whoever shall invent a falsehood after that concerning Allah, such will be wrong-doers. (94) Say: "God has veritably spoken the truth. So now follow the way of Abraham the upright, who was not of idolaters." (95) The first house (of worship) that God assigned to men was in Bakka (another name of Mecca). It is a blessed one and a guide for all people. (96) In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe. And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds. (97) Say: "O People of the Book! Why reject ye the Signs of Allah, when Allah is Himself witness to all ye do?" (98) Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “O People given the Book(s)! Why do you prevent those who have accepted faith from the way of Allah, seeking to cause deviation in it, whereas you yourselves are witnesses to it? And Allah is not unaware of your deeds!” (99) O believers, if you yield to some of those who were given the Scripture, they will cause you to renounce the truth after you have believed. (100) How can you disbelieve when the verses of Allah are recited to you and His Messenger is among you! He who holds fast to Allah shall be guided to the Straight Path. (101)
