Hizb 7
Juz 4
Never will you attain to righteousness unless you spend for the cause of God out of what you cherish; and whatever you spend is known to God. (92) ۞ All food was lawful to the Children of Israel save what Israel forbade for himself before the Torah was sent down. Say: 'Bring you the Torah now, and recite it, if you are truthful.' (93) If any, after this, invent a lie and attribute it to Allah, they are indeed unjust wrong-doers. (94) Say: 'God has spoken the truth; therefore follow the creed of Abraham, a man of pure faith and no idolater.' (95) Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Makkah - blessed and a guidance for the worlds. (96) In it there are clear signs and the station of Abraham; whoever enters it becomes secure. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty owed to Allah by all who can make their way to it. As for those who refuse to follow His command, surely Allah does not stand in need of anything. (97) Say thou: O People of the Book! wherefore disbelieve ye in the revelations of Allah, whereas Allah is witness of that which ye work! (98) Ask them, "Why do you create obstacles in the way of God for those who believe in Him, trying to make His way seem crooked when you know that it is straight? God is not unaware of what you do. (99) O you who have believed, if you obey a party of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back, after your belief, [to being] unbelievers. (100) And how can you disbelieve, whereas Allah’s verses are recited to you and His Noble Messenger is present amongst you?! And whoever takes the support of Allah is indeed guided to the right path.
