Hizb 7
Juz 4
You can never attain virtue until you spend in Allah's cause the things you love; and Allah is Aware of whatever you spend. (92) ۞ All food was lawful to the Children of Israel save what Israel forbade for himself before the Torah was sent down. Say: 'Bring you the Torah now, and recite it, if you are truthful.' (93) So henceforth whoever fabricates lies against Allah it is they who are the unjust. (94) Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “Allah is truthful; so follow the religion of Ibrahim, who was free from all falsehood; and he was not of the polytheists.” (95) Verily the first House set apart unto mankind was that at Bakka, blest, and a guidance unto the worlds. (96) There are clear signs in it; it is the place where Abraham stood. Anyone who enters it will be secure. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty to God for anyone who is able to undertake it. Anyone who disbelieves should remember that God is independent of all creatures. (97) Say: O followers of the Book! why do you disbelieve in the communications of Allah? And Allah is a witness of what you do. (98) Then say: "O people of the Book, why do you turn the believers away from the path of God, looking for obliquities in the way when you are witness to it? And God is aware of all that you do." (99) Believers, if you obey a certain group among the People of the Book, they will turn you back to disbelief. (100) How can you disbelieve, seeing you have God's signs recited to you, and His Messenger among you? Whosoever holds fast to God, he is guided to a straight path. (101)
