Hizb 7
Juz 4
You can never attain virtue until you spend in Allah's cause the things you love; and Allah is Aware of whatever you spend. (92) ۞ All food was lawful for the children of Israel except for what Israel had deemed unlawful for himself before the Torah was revealed. (Muhammad), ask them to bring the Torah and read it, if they are true in their claim (that all food was not unlawful for the children of Israel). (93) If any, after this, invent a lie and attribute it to Allah, they are indeed unjust wrong-doers. (94) (Muhammad), say, "God has spoken the Truth. Follow the upright tradition of Abraham who was not an idolater." (95) Behold, the first House (of Prayer) established for mankind is the one at Bakkah: it is full of blessing and a centre of guidance for the whole world. (96) There are clear signs in it; it is the place where Abraham stood. Anyone who enters it will be secure. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty to God for anyone who is able to undertake it. Anyone who disbelieves should remember that God is independent of all creatures. (97) Say: 'People of the Book! Why do you reject the signs of Allah when Allah is witness to all that you do?' (98) Say: O People of the Scripture! Why drive ye back believers from the way of Allah, seeking to make it crooked, when ye are witnesses (to Allah's guidance)? Allah is not unaware of what ye do. (99) O ye who believe! If ye listen to a faction among the People of the Book, they would (indeed) render you apostates after ye have believed! (100) And how can you disbelieve, whereas Allah’s verses are recited to you and His Noble Messenger is present amongst you?! And whoever takes the support of Allah is indeed guided to the right path.
