Or do they in whose hearts is disease think, perchance, that God would never bring their moral failings to light? (29) Had We so wiled, We could have shown them up to thee, and thou shouldst have known them by their marks: but surely thou wilt know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all that ye do. (30) And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle). (31) Those who disbelieve and bar from the Path of Allah, and break with the Messenger after guidance has been made clear to them shall not hurt Allah a thing, and He will annul their deeds. (32) Believers, obey God and obey the Messenger: do not let your deeds go to waste -- (33) ۞ Verily those who disbelieve and hinder others from the way of Allah and then die as infidels, Allah shall by no means forgive them. (34) So, be not faint-hearted and do not cry for peace. You shall prevail. Allah is with you and will not bring your works to nought. (35) The life of this world is but sport and amusement. If you believe and are God-fearing, He will grant you your reward, and will not ask you for your possessions. (36) If He were to ask you for your possessions and press you (in that regard), you would have grown niggardly, and Allah would have brought your failings to light. (37) Here you are - those invited to spend in the cause of Allah - but among you are those who withhold [out of greed]. And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allah is the Free of need, while you are the needy. And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you. (38)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Muhammad (Muhammad). Sent down in Medina after Iron (Al-Hadeed) before Thunder (Al-Ra'ad)
