Muhammad (Muhammad)
38 verses, revealed in Medina after Iron (Al-Hadeed) before Thunder (Al-Ra'ad)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Allah has destroyed the deeds of those who disbelieved and prevented from Allah’s way. (1) God forgives the sins and reforms the hearts of the righteously striving believers who have faith in what is revealed to Muhammad - which is the Truth from his Lord. (2) That is because those who disbelieve follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. Thus does Allah set forth their parables for mankind. (3) So, when you clash with the unbelievers, smite their necks until you overpower them, then hold them in bondage. Then either free them graciously or after taking a ransom, until war shall have come to end. If God had pleased He could have punished them (Himself), but He wills to test some of you through some others. He will not allow the deeds of those who are killed in the cause of God to go waste. (4) He will guide them and repair their condition; (5) And He shall make them enter the Garden; He shall have made it known unto them. (6) O ye who believe! if ye shall succour Allah, He shall succour you and make firm your feet. (7) As to those who disbelieve, perdition lies in store for them and Allah has reduced their works to nought. (8) they have hated God's revelation, and thus, He has made their deeds devoid of all virtue. (9) ۞ Have they not travelled then on the earth so that they might see how hath been the end of those before them! Allah annihilated them. And for the infidels theirs shall be the like fate therefore. (10) This, because God is the Protector of all who have attained to faith, whereas they who deny the truth have no protector. (11)
