Juz 26
Muhammad (Muhammad)
38 verses, revealed in Medina after Iron (Al-Hadeed) before Thunder (Al-Ra'ad)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
God has made devoid of all virtue the deeds of those who have disbelieved and prevented others from the way of God. (1) As for those who believe and do good deeds and believe in what has been revealed to Muhammad, and it is the truth from their Lord, God will remove their sins from them and set their condition right. (2) That is because those who disbelieve follow falsehood, and those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. Thus does Allah present to the people their comparisons. (3) If you encounter the disbelievers in a battle, strike-off their heads. Take them as captives when they are defeated. Then you may set them free as a favor to them, with or without a ransom, when the battle is over. This is the Law. Had God wanted, He could have granted them (unbelievers) victory, but He wants to test you through each other. The deeds of those who are killed for the cause of God will never be without virtuous results. (4) He will guide them and improve their condition; (5) And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them. (6) Believers, if you help God, He will help you and make you steadfast (in your faith). (7) But those who reject (Allah),- for them is destruction, and (Allah) will render their deeds astray (from their mark). (8) this, because they hate [the very thought of] what God has bestowed from on high and thus He causes all their deeds to come to nought! (9) ۞ Have they not travelled in the land to see the nature of the consequence for those who were before them? Allah wiped them out. And for the disbelievers there will be the like thereof. (10) That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector. (11)
