Verily, the tree of Zaqqum, 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
