Hizb 46
Juz 23
And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. (139) when he fled like a runaway slave onto a laden ship. (140) He (agreed to) cast lots, and he was condemned: (141) The fish swallowed him up and he deserved (all this). (142) Had he not been of them who glorify Allah, (143) he would certainly have remained inside the fish till the Day of Resurrection. (144) ۞ But We threw him onto the open shore while he was ill. (145) And We grew a tree of gourd (as a shelter) above him. (146) And We sent him to a hundred thousand, rather they exceeded. (147) And they believed, so We gave them provision till a time. (148) Therefore ask them (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), whether the daughters are for your Lord and the sons for them! (149) Did We create the angels as females the while they witnessed?” (150) Lo! verily it is of their falsehood that they say: (151) 'God has begotten a son.' They are certainly liars. (152) Does He prefer sons to daughters? (153) What aileth you? How judge ye? (154) Will you not then mind? (155) Do you have any clear authority for such claims? (156) Then bring your Book if you are truthful! (157) They claim that He has kinship with the jinn, yet the jinn themselves know that they will be produced before Him [for judgement]. (158) Glorified is Allah! (He is Free) from what they attribute unto Him! (159) except for the sincere worshipers of Allah. (160) For, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship- (161) Cannot lead astray [turn away from Him (Allah) anyone of the believers], (162) Except the one who will go into the blazing fire. (163) And there is none of us but has an assigned place, (164) Verily we range ourselves in rows (as humble servants) (165) "And we are verily those who declare (Allah's) glory!" (166) They say, (167) If we had the account of earlier people with us, (168) Surely we would have been the bondmen of God sincere. (169) But (now that the Quran has come) they disbelieve therein (i.e. in the Quran and in Prophet Muhammad SAW, and all that which he brought, the Divine Revelation), so they will come to know! (170) And assuredly Our word hath already gone forth Our bondmen, the sent ones: (171) That undoubtedly, only they will be helped. (172) and Our armies shall be the victors. (173) So turn thou away from them for a little while, (174) and watch them. They, too, will watch. (175) Do they, then, [really] wish that Our chastisement be hastened on? (176) But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned. (177) And turn thou aside from them for a season. (178) And see, for they are going to see. (179) Exaltations be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above that they describe! (180) And peace be upon the Envoys; (181) and all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe. (182)
Almighty God's Truth.
