Hizb 46
Juz 23
And Yunus was most surely of the apostles. (139) When he ran to the laden ship, (140) He (agreed to) cast lots, and he was among the losers, (141) Then the big Fish did swallow him, and he had done acts worthy of blame. (142) Now had he not been of those that glorify God, (143) he would certainly have remained in its belly till the Day of Resurrection. (144) ۞ We then put him ashore on a plain, and he was sick. (145) and caused a gourd tree to grow over him, (146) And We sent him to a hundred thousand (folk) or more (147) and they believed, and We gave them enjoyment for awhile. (148) So ask their opinion: “(Are you convinced) that your Lord should have daughters and you should have sons? (149) Did We create the angels females, to which they were witnesses? (150) No indeed! It is one of their fabrications when they say: (151) "Allah has begotten children"? but they are liars! (152) Has He chosen daughters in preference to sons? (153) “What is the matter with you? What sort of a judgement you impose!” (154) Why do you not reflect? (155) Or do you have a clear authority? (156) Bring your Book, if you speak truly! (157) They link Him with jinns by lineage, yet the jinns know they will be brought before Him. (158) Purity is to Allah from the matters they fabricate. (159) except for the sincere worshipers of Allah. (160) Therefore you and all what you worship. (The disbelievers and their deities.) (161) cannot mislead anyone (162) Save him who will go to hell. (163) [All forces of nature praise God and say:] "Among us, too, there is none but has a place assigned to it [by Him]; (164) "And we are truly those who stand in rows, (165) And we are most surely they who declare the glory (of Allah). (166) AND, INDEED, they [who deny the truth] have always been wont to say, (167) "If only we had a tradition [to this effect] from our forebears, (168) then were we God's sincere servants.' (169) But they disbelieve in it (the Koran), but soon they shall know! (170) Our Word had already preceded Our worshipers, the Messengers, (171) that it is certainly they who will be helped; (172) And [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome. (173) Therefore turn away from them till a time, (174) And watch them, for they will soon see. (175) Do they seek to hasten on Our Torment? (176) When it descends on their courtyards, how terrible that morning will be for those who were warned! (177) Stay away from them for a while (178) And wait, for they will soon see. (179) Purity is to your Lord, the Lord of Honour, from all what they say. (180) So peace be on the messengers, (181) And praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds. (182)
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
