۞ Say to them, (O Prophet): “I give you but one counsel: stand up (for heaven's sake), singly and in pairs, and then think: what is it in your companion (to wit, Muhammad) that could be deemed as madness?” He is nothing but a warner, warning you before the coming of a grevious chastisement. (46) Say, “Whatever fee I might have asked from you upon this, is yours; my reward is only upon Allah; and He is Witness over all things.” (47) Say: Surely my Lord utters the truth, the great Knower of the unseen. (48) Say, "The truth has come. Falsehood has vanished and it will not come back again". (49) Say: If I err, I err only against my own soul, and if I follow a right direction, it is because of what my Lord reveals to me; surely He is Hearing, Nigh. (50) If thou couldst but see when they will quake with terror; but then there will be no escape (for them), and they will be seized from a position (quite) near. (51) And they will [then] say, "We believe in it!" But how for them will be the taking [of faith] from a place far away? (52) Seeing that they did reject Faith (entirely) before, and that they (continually) cast (slanders) on the unseen from a position far off? (53) A gulf will exist between them and their desires on the Day of Judgment like the similar people who lived before. They, too, had lived in doubt and uncertainty (about the life hereafter). (54)
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
