۞ Ta, Seen. These are the verses of the Qur'an and a clear Book (1) a guidance, and good tidings unto the believers (2) Who fulfil their devotional obligations, pay the zakat, and believe with certainty in the life to come. (3) Lo! as for those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their works fairseeming unto them so that they are all astray. (4) Those are the ones for whom there will be the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers. (5) (Muhammad), you have certainly received the Quran from the All-wise and All-knowing One. (6) Moses said to his family, "I have seen some fire. I shall bring you some news about it or some fire so that you can warmyourselves". (7) But when he came to it, he was called, "Blessed is whoever is at the fire and whoever is around it. And exalted is Allah, Lord of the worlds. (8) O Musa! surely I am Allah, the Mighty, the Wise; (9) "Now do thou throw thy rod!" But when he saw it moving (of its own accord) as if it had been a snake, he turned back in retreat, and retraced not his steps: "O Moses!" (it was said), "Fear not: truly, in My presence, those called as messengers have no fear,- (10) except he who has done evil, then, after evil, has changed into good. I am the Forgiving, Most Merciful. (11) Put your hand inside your collar and it will come out luminous without evil? among the nine signs to Pharaoh and his nation, indeed they were an impious nation' (12) When Our miracles were visibly shown to them, they said, "It is plain magic". (13) and in their wickedness and self-exaltation they rejected them, although their minds were convinced of their truth: and behold what happened in the end to those spreaders of corruption! (14)
