The dwellers of the forest also rejected the Messengers. (176) What time Shu'aib said unto them: fear ye not? (177) I am a trustworthy Messengers. (178) I ask of you no wage for this; (179) I ask of you no recompense for this; my reward is only with the Lord of the Universe. (180) ۞ Give full measure, and cause no loss to others. (181) and weigh with the straight scale, (182) And defraud not people of their things, and commit not corruption on the earth. (183) "And fear Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old." (184) They said: "You are no more than one of those who have been bewitched, (185) And you are naught but a mortal like ourselves, and we know you to be certainly of the liars. (186) Let a part of the sky fall on us if what you say is true". (187) He said, "My Lord knows all that you do." (188) They rejected him and then the torment of the gloomy day struck them. It was certainly a great torment. (189) Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. (190) But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! (191)
