Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ And those who fear not the meeting with Us say: wherefore are not angels sent down unto us or wherefore we see not our Lord! Assuredly they have proven stiff-necked in their souls and have exceeded the bounds with excess great. (21) [Yet] on that Day - the Day on which they shall see the angels there will be no glad tiding for those who were lost in sin; and they will exclaim, "By a forbidding ban [are we from God's grace debarred]!" (22) And We turned all the deeds they had performed into scattered floating specks of dust. (23) The companions of Paradise, that Day, are [in] a better settlement and better resting place. (24) And on the Day whereon the heaven shall be rent asunder from the clouds and the angels shall be sent down with a great descending. (25) The kingdom on that day shall rightly belong to the Beneficent Allah, and a hard day shall it be for the unbelievers. (26) Upon that Day the harmdoer shall bite his hands, and say: 'Would that I had taken a Path with the Messenger! (27) Alas for me! Ah, would that I had never taken such an one for friend! (28) Assuredly he misled me from the admonition after it had come unto me. Verily the Satan is ever unto man a betrayer. (29) The Messengers will say, "Lord, my people had abandoned this Quran." (30) Even so We have appointed to every Prophet an enemy among the sinners; but thy Lord suffices as a guide and as a helper. (31) And those who disbelieve say: Why is the Qur'an not revealed unto him all at once? (It is revealed) thus that We may strengthen thy heart therewith; and We have arranged it in right order. (32) And they shall not bring to you any argument, but We have brought to you (one) with truth and best in significance. (33) Those who will be dragged on their faces towards hell theirs is the worst destination and they are the most astray. (34)
