Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ Say those who look not to encounter Us, 'Why have the angels not been sent down on us, or why see we not our Lord?' Waxed proud they have within them, and become greatly disdainful. (21) On the day when the criminals see the angels, there will, certainly, be no rejoicing for them. Rather, they will plead to the angels, "Please keep away from us (do not drive us into hell)." (22) And We will regard what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed. (23) (On the contrary) only those who have deserved the Garden, will have a good abode on that Day and a cool place for midday rest. (24) And on the Day on which the skies, together with the clouds, shall burst asunder, and the angels are made to descend in a mighty descent (25) True sovereignty, that Day, is for the Most Merciful. And it will be upon the disbelievers a difficult Day. (26) On the Day when the wrong-doer shall gnaw his hands saying: would that I had taken with the apostle a way! (27) Alas for me! Ah, would that I had never taken such an one for friend! (28) He verily led me astray from the Reminder after it had reached me. Satan was ever man's deserter in the hour of need. (29) The Messenger says: 'O my Lord, my people have taken this Koran while deserting it' (30) And even so We appointed unto every prophet an enemy from among the culprits. And thine Lord sufficeth as Guide and Helper. (31) And those who disbelieve say: wherefore is the Qur'an not revealed unto him entire at once! Thus - We reveal - that We may establish thy heart therewith; and We have repeated it with a repetition. (32) And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof). (33) Those who will be dragged headlong into Hell shall have an evil place to dwell in, for they have strayed far from the right path. (34)
