Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ Those who do not hope to meet Us ask: 'Why have no angels been sent to us? Why can we not see our Lord' How proud they are within themselves, and have become greatly disdainful. (21) On the day when they shall see the angels, there shall be no joy on that day for the guilty, and they shall say: It is a forbidden thing totally prohibited. (22) Then We shall advance upon the work which they have done and render it as scattered dust. (23) And for the People of the Garden on that day is a better destination and account, and a better place of afternoon rest. (24) And on the Day on which the skies, together with the clouds, shall burst asunder, and the angels are made to descend in a mighty descent (25) the true Kingdom on that Day shall belong to the Merciful a harsh day for the unbelievers. (26) And (remember) the Day when the Zalim (wrong-doer, oppressor, polytheist, etc.) will bite at his hands, he will say: "Oh! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger (Muhammad SAW). (27) Alas, would that I had not taken So-and-so for a friend! (28) For it was he, who had deluded me to reject the Admonition which had come to me. Satan has proved very treacherous to man. " (29) The Messenger will say, "Lord, my people did indeed discard the Quran," (30) Even so We have appointed to every Prophet an enemy among the sinners; but thy Lord suffices as a guide and as a helper. (31) The unbelievers have said, "Why was the whole Quran not revealed to him at once?" We have revealed it to you in gradual steps to strengthen your hearts and give you explanations. (32) And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof). (33) those who are going to be driven to Hell upon their faces, have taken an utterly wrong stand and their way is most erroneous! (34)
