Juz 19
۞ Those people, who have no fear of coming before Us, say, "Why should not the angels be sent down to us? Or else we should see our Lord. " Great arrogance have they assumed in regard to themselves, and have transgressed all limits in their rebellion. (21) The day they see the angels - no good tidings will there be that day for the criminals, and [the angels] will say, "Prevented and inaccessible." (22) And We turned all the deeds they had performed into scattered floating specks of dust. (23) On that Day, the companions of Paradise (will have) a better abode and a finer restingplace. (24) On that day the sky will be crystal blue, clear of clouds. The angels will descend in groups (25) The real sovereignty will belong to Ar-Rahman. How grievous will be the day for the infidels! (26) On that Day, the wrongdoer will bite his hands and say, "Would that I had walked in the Messenger's path! (27) Would that I had never chosen soandso for my companion! (28) "He indeed led me astray from the Reminder (this Quran) after it had come to me. And Shaitan (Satan) is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need." (29) The Messenger says: 'O my Lord, my people have taken this Koran while deserting it' (30) For so it is that against every prophet We have set up enemies from among those who are lost in sin: yet none can guide and give succour as thy Sustainer does! (31) Now they who are bent on denying the truth are wont to ask. "Why has not the Qur'an been bestowed on him from on high in one single revelation?" [it has been revealed] in this manner so that We might strengthen thy heart thereby - for We have so arranged its component parts that they form one consistent whole (32) And they will never bring you an example, but We shall bring you a true narration and better than it. (33) Those who shall be mustered to Gehenna upon their faces -- they shall be worse in place, and gone further astray from the way. (34)
