Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ Those who do not hope to meet Us ask: 'Why have no angels been sent to us? Why can we not see our Lord' How proud they are within themselves, and have become greatly disdainful. (21) The Day, when they will see the angels, will not be a day of rejoicing for the criminals; they will cry out, "May Allah save us!" (22) And We will proceed to what they have done of deeds, so We shall render them as scattered floating dust. (23) And for the People of the Garden on that day is a better destination and account, and a better place of afternoon rest. (24) Upon the day that heaven is split asunder with the clouds and the angels are sent down in majesty, (25) The true kingship on that day belongs to the Most Gracious; and that is hard for the disbelievers. (26) Upon that Day the harmdoer shall bite his hands, and say: 'Would that I had taken a Path with the Messenger! (27) Oh, would that I had never chosen such a one for my companion -- (28) he made me forgetful of the warning after it had reached me. Satan is man's great betrayer." (29) The Messenger says, 'O my Lord, behold, my people have taken this Koran as a thing to be shunned.' (30) Even so We have appointed to every Prophet an enemy among the sinners; but thy Lord suffices as a guide and as a helper. (31) And those who disbelieve say: wherefore is the Qur'an not revealed unto him entire at once! Thus - We reveal - that We may establish thy heart therewith; and We have repeated it with a repetition. (32) We will support you with the Truth and the best interpretation whenever the infidels argue against you. (33) Those who will be gathered to Hell (prone) on their faces, such will be in an evil state, and most astray from the (Straight) Path. (34)
