Juz 19
۞ And those who fear not the meeting with Us say: wherefore are not angels sent down unto us or wherefore we see not our Lord! Assuredly they have proven stiff-necked in their souls and have exceeded the bounds with excess great. (21) On the Day when they behold the angels, there will be no glad tidings for the sinners. They will say: 'A refuge which is forbidden' (22) And We shall set upon that which they worked, and shall make it as dust wind-scattered. (23) Those who have earned the Garden on that day will be better in their home and happier in their place of noonday rest; (24) And on the Day whereon the heaven shall be rent asunder from the clouds and the angels shall be sent down with a great descending. (25) True sovereignty, that Day, is for the Most Merciful. And it will be upon the disbelievers a difficult Day. (26) Upon that Day the harmdoer shall bite his hands, and say: 'Would that I had taken a Path with the Messenger! (27) Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not taken that one as a friend. (28) He led me astray from the Warning after it had come to me. Satan always betrays man. (29) The prophet will say: "O my Lord, my people had fettered the Qur'an." (30) Thus, from the sinful people We made enemies for every Prophet. Your Lord is a Sufficient Guide and Helper. (31) The unbelievers have said, "Why was the whole Quran not revealed to him at once?" We have revealed it to you in gradual steps to strengthen your hearts and give you explanations. (32) And they bring thee no similitude but We bring thee the Truth (as against it), and better (than their similitude) as argument. (33) Those who will be dragged on their faces towards hell theirs is the worst destination and they are the most astray. (34)
