Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ Those who do not hope to meet Us say: "Why are no angels sent down to us, or why do we not see our Lord?" They are full of self-conceit and behave with intense arrogance. (21) The day they see the angels there will be no happy tidings for the sinners; and they will say: "There is an insurmountable barrier!" (22) And We shall set upon that which they worked, and shall make it as dust wind-scattered. (23) The inhabitants of the Garden will have the best residence and the finest lodging on that Day. (24) Upon the day that heaven is split asunder with the clouds and the angels are sent down in majesty, (25) That Day, the dominion as of right and truth, shall be (wholly) for (Allah) Most Merciful: it will be a Day of dire difficulty for the misbelievers. (26) On the day when the wrong-doer gnaweth his hands, he will say: Ah, would that I had chosen a way together with the messenger (of Allah)! (27) O woe is me! would that I had not taken such a one for a friend! (28) “He indeed led me astray from the advice that had come to me”; and Satan deserts man, leaving him unaided. (29) And the Messenger will say, "O my Lord, my people had made this Qur'an the object of their ridicule." (30) Even so We have appointed to every Prophet an enemy among the sinners; but thy Lord suffices as a guide and as a helper. (31) The disbelievers say, "Why has not the entire Qur'an been sent down to this man all at once?" -Well, this has been done to impress it deeply on your mind, and (for the same object) We have sent it down piecemeal by degrees. (32) We will support you with the Truth and the best interpretation whenever the infidels argue against you. (33) Those who will be driven headlong into hell will have a terrible dwelling; they have certainly gone astray. (34)
