Hizb 37
Juz 19
۞ Say those who look not to encounter Us, 'Why have the angels not been sent down on us, or why see we not our Lord?' Waxed proud they have within them, and become greatly disdainful. (21) The day when they will see the angels that day will not be of any happiness for the guilty and they will cry, “O God, erect a barrier between us and them!” (22) And We turned all the deeds they had performed into scattered floating specks of dust. (23) The Companions of the Garden will be well, that Day, in their abode, and have the fairest of places for repose. (24) And the day when the sky will be split asunder with clouds and the angels will be sent down in full. (25) the Kingdom that day, the true Kingdom, shall belong to the All-merciful and it shall be a day harsh for the unbelievers. (26) And (remember) the Day when the Zalim (wrong-doer, oppressor, polytheist, etc.) will bite at his hands, he will say: "Oh! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger (Muhammad SAW). (27) Oh, would that I had never chosen such a one for my companion -- (28) Indeed, he led me astray from the remembrance [of God] after it had come unto me!" For [thus it is:] Satan is ever a betrayer of man. (29) And the Noble Messenger submitted, “O my Lord indeed my people took this Qur’an as worthy of being abandoned.” (30) Even so have We appointed unto every prophet an opponent from among the guilty; but Allah sufficeth for a Guide and Helper. (31) And the disbelievers say, “Why was the Qur’an not sent down to him all at once?” This is how We sent it in stages, in order to strengthen your heart with it and We read it slowly, in stages. (32) And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation (thereof). (33) Those who will be gathered into Gehenna (Hell) upon their faces shall be in the worst in place, and have gone further astray from the Path. (34)
