It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. (78) It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. (79) And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? (80) Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. (81) 'When we are dead and become dust and bones shall we be resurrected? (82) We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. (83) Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" (84) They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" (85) Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' (86) They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? (87) Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" (88) They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" (89) We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. (90) God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! (91) All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! (92)
