T H (Taa Haa)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta Ha. (1) We have not revealed the Quran to you that you may be unsuccessful. (2) But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah] - (3) A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens, (4) The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established. (5) Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, as well as all that is between them and all that is beneath the sod. (6) And if you (O Muhammad SAW) speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden. (7) Allah there is no worship except for Him; His only are the best names. (8) Hath there come unto thee the story of Musa? (9) When he saw a fire he said to his family: "You wait here. I have seen a fire. I may haply be able to bring an ember from it, or find direction by the fire." (10) But when he came close to it, a voice called out: "O Moses! (11) Verily, I am thy Sustainer! Take off, then, thy sandals! Behold, thou art in the twice hallowed valley, (12) “And I have chosen you, therefore listen carefully to what is divinely revealed to you.” (13) I am God, and there is no god but I, so serve Me, and observe acts of prayer to remember Me. (14) The Hour is coming. I almost conceal it, so that every soul will be recompensed for its labors. (15) Let none bar thee from it, that believes not in it but follows after his own caprice, or thou wilt perish. (16) What is that in your right band, O Moses?" (17) "It's my staff," he answered; "I lean on it, and fell leaves for my goats with it, and I have other uses for it." (18) Said He, 'Cast it down, Moses!' (19) So he threw it down, and lo! it was a rapidly moving snake. (20) [Allah] said, "Seize it and fear not; We will return it to its former condition. (21) Put your hand under your armpit: it will come out [shining] white, without any blemish. This shall be another sign. (22) That We may show you of Our greater signs: (23) "[And now] go thou unto Pharaoh: for, verily, he has transgressed all bounds of equity. (24)
