T H (Taa Haa)
135 verses, revealed in Mecca after Mary (Maryam) before The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Ha.* (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) (Alphabets of the Arabic language Allah and to whomever He reveals know their precise meanings.) 1 We have not sent the Quran down to you to distress you, 2 but only as an exhortation to all who stand in awe [of God]: 3 it is a revelation from Him who has created the earth and the high heavens, 4 The Beneficent God is dominant over the Throne (of the realm). 5 To Him only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth, and all whatever is between them, and all whatever is beneath this wet soil. 6 Whether or not you express (your thoughts) in words, God certainly knows all unspoken thoughts and all that is even more difficult to find. 7 God is the only Lord and to Him belong all the exalted Names. 8 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 9 Lo! he saw a fire [in the desert]; and so he said to his family: "Wait here! Behold, I perceive a fire [far away]: perhaps I can bring you a brand there from, or find at the fire some guidance." 10 But when he came to the fire, a voice was heard: "O Moses! 11 "Verily I am thy Lord! therefore (in My presence) put off thy shoes: thou art in the sacred valley Tuwa. 12 And I! I have chosen thee, hearken thou then to that which shall be revealed. 13 Verily I am Allah. There is no god beside Me. So serve Me and establish Prayers to remember Me. 14 "Verily, the Hour is coming and My Will is to keep it hidden that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. 15 “Therefore never let one, who does not accept faith in it and follows his own desires, prevent you from accepting this, so then you become ruined.” 16 What is that in your right band, O Moses?" 17 He said: "This is my stick, whereon I lean, and wherewith I beat down branches for my sheep, and wherein I find other uses." 18 [Allah] said, "Throw it down, O Moses." 19 So Moosa put it down thereupon it became a fast moving serpent. 20 He said, “Pick it up and do not fear; We shall restore it to its former state.” 21 And draw in your hand to your side; it will come out white without disease - another sign, 22 That We may go on showing you Our greater signs. 23 "Go thou to Pharaoh, for he has indeed transgressed all bounds." 24
