And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" (66) Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? (67) By your Lord, We will surely muster them and the devils together. Then We will surely bring them all, on their knees, around Hell, (68) Then We will most certainly draw forth from every sect of them him who is most exorbitantly rebellious against the Beneficent Allah. (69) Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. (70) There is not one of you but shall pass by Hell. This is a decree which your Lord will fulfil. (71) We will save the pious ones from the hell fire and leave the unjust people therein in crowded groups. (72) And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: Which of the two parties (yours or ours) is better in position, and more imposing as an army? (73) We have destroyed so many generations before them, who surpassed them in material power and splendour. (74) Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! (75) And Allah increases in guidance those who walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort. (76) Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? (77) Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? (78) By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement (79) To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. (80) And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. (81) Never. They will deny their devotion and become their adversaries. (82)
