O believers, fight the unbelievers who are near to you; and let them find in you a harshness; and know that God is with the godfearing. 123 Whenever a chapter is sent down to you, some ask: 'Which of you has it increased in belief' It will surely increase the belief of the believers and they are joyful. 124 But as for those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubt, disbelief and hypocrisy), it will add suspicion and doubt to their suspicion, disbelief and doubt, and they die while they are disbelievers. 125 Behold they not that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they repent not, nor are they admonished. 126 And whenever a chapter is sent down, one of them looks at the other; “Is there someone watching you?” and then they turn away; Allah has inverted their hearts because they are a people who do not understand. 127 Indeed, there has come to you a Messenger from your own, he grieves for your suffering, and is anxious about you, and is gentle, merciful to the believers. 128 But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne." 129
God the Almighty always says the truth.
